Your composition is very appealing. The use of selective coloring for the window, along with the man entering the scene, blurred by motion and slow shutter speed, are inspired touches. The B&W rendition with the overall balance and tonal structure, along with the texture of the various elements all come together to make this an astutely engaging photograph. Very nicely done!
